About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in the general ledger. You will collaborate closely with the Controller to drive a timely month-end close and provide operational support across departments to maintain financial integrity. This role requires strong technical accounting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with experience managing both AP and AR cycles.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting software, preferably Sage100.
Preferred:
- College degree in accounting or related field.
- Knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven business.
