About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with non-finance staff.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience supporting nonprofit audits and IRS Form 990 preparation.
- Familiarity with GAAP, fund accounting, and tracking of restricted grants.
- Proficiency with accounting and productivity tools such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Bill.com, Divvy, Google Workspace, Sharepoint, and Asana.
