- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance, with one or more years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
- Highly ethical in handling financial information.
