Key responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, issuing payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget preparation.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in a high-volume or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, QB Online).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Background in cost-based and manufacturing accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
