About the Role
As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will serve as a technical expert in optimizing ServiceNow best practices, support process definition and improvement, lead design workshops, draft user stories, guide documentation, and oversee project delivery. You will also develop integration components and enhance UI and mobile components, while juggling multiple projects and promoting continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay operations.
- At least 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow with relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay related systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and SaaS technologies.
- Strong programming skills and experience in designing scalable web services.
