About You
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate skill with MS Excel, including setup and formatting of spreadsheets, basic graphics and charts.
- Certified training in lean manufacturing and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated results through performance management and improvement on business KPIs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Preference given to those in Aerospace or Defense Industry.
- Active security clearance strongly preferred.
- 4+ years' experience supervising a large size group of support workers, technicians, and machinists.
- Production planning background, including ERP and shop floor software.
