About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law with a proven track record in handling complex transactions.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
