About You
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biomedical.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in product/solution development within FDA-regulated medical device or technology sectors.
- Minimum of 8+ years leading cross-functional project or program management in regulated MedTech environments.
- PMP certification required; strong familiarity with PMBOK methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication skills and a drive for results.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to coach others.
