About the Role
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be part of the Guardrails and Growth Systems group, responsible for building capabilities that protect revenue through the credit lifecycle. Your tasks will include analyzing business needs, leveraging modern technologies, leading iterative product delivery, and facilitating cross-functional workshops. You will also guide teams through change management and define KPIs to measure success.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, systems analysis, or business analysis.
- Expertise in process automation and solution design.
- Strong experience with data modeling, workflow optimization, and POC solutioning.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience designing internal tools or automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of modern product management frameworks and agile delivery.
