- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Master's degree
- Experience in management consulting, technology, retail, consumer goods, market research
- Analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to rapidly learn new domains to lead domain-specific discussions
- Understanding of architecture decisions behind a product or feature
- Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen
- Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Base pay ranging from $136k to $235k depending on geographic market and experience
