Summary
Citizant is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to join their team in a 100% remote capacity. The role involves developing and maintaining internet browser-based applications for a Federal Government agency.
About the Role
As a Sr. Java Developer, you will be responsible for integrating disparate systems, creating and maintaining technical documentation, writing secure Java code, and analyzing user needs to develop software solutions that optimize operational efficiency. You may also analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or as part of a team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 8 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with secure Java code, OpenShift, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, Linux, Eclipse, Git, Maven, Java, JavaScript, ThymeLeaf/Spring Boot, Spring MVC, HTML 5/CSS 3, SQL/SQL Developer, and PL/SQL.
Preferred:
- Experience with Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and Rational CLM.
- Active Public Trust/MBI clearance.
