About the Role
As a Sr. HR Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring client privacy, providing HR support across various organizational levels, guiding clients through complex HR issues, and developing solid client relationships. You will also conduct research, prepare communications, and support internal teams with HR best practices. Additionally, you will manage special projects and coach staff to achieve their professional goals.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years Human Resource Generalist experience
- Bachelors Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
- PHR or SPHR certification is required within 12 months of start date
Preferred:
- Experience with multiple clients and advisory roles dealing with a broad range of HR issues at senior levels of organizations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
