About the Role
As a Sr. Functional Bus Consultant (Compliance), you will represent your area of expertise in business requirements, system specifications, and process management. Your responsibilities will include leading the identification and adoption of best practices, resolving complex business issues, facilitating testing for new systems, and providing guidance to team members. You will also be involved in client interactions, training, and ongoing system support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- 5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, and/or process improvement, including 3 years of functional experience in areas such as claims, eligibility, or benefits.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Proven client service skills with a track record for building strong client relations.
- Implementation experience in relevant systems.
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical claims data and general understanding of medical claims data.
- Expert interpersonal skills necessary to drive results and deliver on commitments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
