About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations (e.g., PCMLTFA, FINTRAC, MSB/PSP licensing).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with U.S. regulations (e.g., FinCEN, MSB/MTL licensing).
- Experience working with banks and payment service providers (PSPs) on compliance matters.
