About the Role
As a Sr. Compliance Manager, you will manage licensing and compliance requirements, support bank account openings, and maintain relationships with banking and payment partners. You will be responsible for understanding payment regulations, managing financial services licenses, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance is integrated into product development.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations (e.g., PCMLTFA, FINTRAC, MSB/PSP licensing).
Preferred:
Familiarity with U.S. regulations (e.g., FinCEN, MSB/MTL licensing).
Experience working with banks and payment service providers (PSPs) on compliance matters.
