About the Role
As a Sr. Analyst, Special Projects, you will synthesize analysis into strategic recommendations, manage key growth and operational reporting, and drive the development of business intelligence tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist field teammates in navigating reporting tools to enhance business performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a quantitative field.
- 3+ years in a relevant business analytics role.
- Significant experience with analytics software platforms and languages, including Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and SQL.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Healthcare experience.
- Reporting UX experience.
