About the Role
As a Sr Technician, Quality, you will be responsible for conducting inspections in accordance with established protocols, notifying personnel of quality issues, and taking appropriate actions such as segregation and inventory adjustments. You will assist in root cause analysis and be a key member of process improvement teams, responding to special inspection requirements and providing detailed reports on quality problems.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Merchandise Control and Order Fulfillment procedures.
- Ability to discern colors and fragrances based on visual standards.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of WMS, Devex, QMS, and other applicable technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
