As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives from concept through launch, balancing business outcomes, technical execution, and exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities include owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key modules, collaborating with design and engineering teams, understanding B2B customer needs, and driving product development through various stages.
About You
Required:
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong systems thinking to understand and improve complex workflows.
- Deep empathy for users in operational or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in startup settings.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or building platforms for regulated industries.
