About You
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in U.S. Government contract administration and management, or a Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with FAR and DFARS.
- Excellent negotiation skills and oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS clauses.
- Experience in the defense industry, especially with active production programs.
- Ability to work independently and learn various data entry software tools.
- Excellent decision-making skills that support resolution of complex problems.
