- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, finance analytics, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of business management including P&L, ROI, and break-even analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and payer reimbursements.
- Previous healthcare or Pharma experience.
- Experience supporting sales teams.
