Summary
Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Estimating and Pricing Analyst to join their team in Marysville, WA. The role focuses on modernizing estimating processes and ensuring compliance in cost proposals.
About the Role
As a Sr Estimating and Pricing Analyst, you will lead technical estimating efforts, validate and enhance functional estimates, develop risk and contingency models, and drive the adoption of modern estimating tools. You will also coordinate cross-functional inputs, ensure compliance with regulations, and support proposal development and audits.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree + 10 years, or Master's + 8 years, in estimating, pricing, proposals, finance, or related field.
- Deep experience in cost modeling, risk-based estimating, and proposal development in commercial and military segments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or implement tool/system transformation in a pricing or proposal function.
- Proficient in commercial estimating tools (e.g., ProPricer) and adaptable to future systems.
- US Person Required for special access compliance.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with D365 and MS Project.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Experience supporting DCMA/DCAA audits and proposal certifications.
- Knowledge of touch labor modeling, learning curves, and production cost analysis.
- Exposure to Agile, Lean, or digital transformation initiatives in an estimating or finance setting.
