About the Role
As a Speech Therapist SLP for Home Health, you will work as an Independent Contractor, controlling your own schedule and coverage areas. You will provide one-on-one treatment, observe and report on patient responses, and determine the plan of care. The role includes administrative support for scheduling and communication, and you will use an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system for documentation.
About You
Required:
- Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist with current Certification of Competence (CCC).
- Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
Preferred:
- Bilingual is a plus!
