FeldCare Connects is seeking a Speech Therapist SLP for Home Health to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Hacienda Heights and the surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Speech Therapist SLP for Home Health, you will work as an Independent Contractor, controlling your own schedule and coverage areas. Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one treatment, observing and reporting patient responses, and determining the plan of care. You will also benefit from administrative support for scheduling and documentation, allowing you to focus on patient care.
About You
Required:
- Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist with current Certification of Competence (CCC).
- Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
Preferred:
- Bilingual is a plus!
