About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care, develop patient-specific care plans, communicate with the care team and families, deliver high-quality skilled care, and document care delivery in the EMR system. You will contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in speech pathology from an accredited university.
- Current Speech-Language Pathology License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
Preferred:
- One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting.
- Familiarity with technology and HCHB experience.
