- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid US Driver's license.

- Ability to handle volatile situations under stress.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the criminal code in Washington, DC.
- Experience as an emergency responder (law enforcement, fire/rescue, military).
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and restrictions.
- Special Police Officer commission from the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- 2 years work experience as a Special Police Officer.
