About the Role
As a Special Order Designer I, you will be responsible for developing accurate installation, assembly, and component drawings using DraftSight/AutoCAD and SolidWorks. You will support simple customer special orders and collaborate with vendors, engineers, and other teams to ensure designs meet quality, manufacturability, and delivery standards. Additionally, you will contribute to internal engineering support and continuously improve your technical skills with industry-standard tools and processes.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma plus 2-year associate or vocational degree in drafting and design.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
