About You
- Minimum of 8 years prior specifications writing experience within a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
- CSI’s Certification such as CDT or CCS or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of architectural project specifications for multiple medium- to large-scale projects.
- Architecture license desirable.
- LEED AP or equivalent.
- Proficient with MS Word and SpecLink.
- Demonstrated expertise in collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
