Seam is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves being the primary technical point of contact for customers, assisting with sales and post-sales implementation and support.
About the Role
As the founding Solutions Engineer at Seam, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve onboarding and usage problems for customers, influence product direction, and build a scalable technical go-to-market function. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary technical contact for customers, partnering with sales for post-sales implementations, developing technical guides, supporting product configuration, troubleshooting inquiries, and providing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
A track record of working directly with customers of varying sizes that have varying levels of technical proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with comfort presenting in front of customers 1:1 and in small groups.
An organized, self-starter approach with an eye for finding creative ways to get projects to the finish line.
Comfortable in a small and fast moving startup environment.
Preferred:
Proficiency coding in [TBD].
Excited to work in person with the team in San Francisco.
