Summary
Paylocity is seeking a Solutions Consultant III (IAM/SSO Product) to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves delivering technical expertise throughout the sales process and supporting clients in evaluating Paylocity's cloud-based software solutions.
About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant III, you will collaborate with the Tech Sales team to provide technical expertise, lead demonstrations, and maintain technical content to ensure customer success. You will also partner with internal teams to shape the product roadmap and become an expert in IAM products.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, IT consulting, or solutions engineering role, preferably within the human capital management (HCM) or IT sectors.
- Strong technical background in SaaS, Identity Access Management, Mobile Device Management, and cloud architectures.
Preferred:
- Relevant IT certifications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with competitive landscapes.
