About the Role
As a Soldering Assembler, you will be responsible for following ISO-9001 standards, verifying inventory against work orders, completing daily production reports, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also need to adapt to shifting production priorities while ensuring high-quality output.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of electrical soldering experience, particularly with circuit boards.
- At least 2 years of light manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures.
- Willing and able to work a consistent four-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
- Open to overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- 1 year of soldering experience.
