About You
Required:
- Valid TDLR Apprentice License (non-negotiable)
- Prior experience with solar batteries
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a bonus)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn
- Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A real passion for renewable energy and making an impact
