Sunrun is seeking a Solar Appointment Setter to join their team in Springfield, MA. The role involves acting as the face of Sunrun in partner retail stores, building relationships with potential customers, and scheduling appointments for solar energy solutions.

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a retail environment, educating them about renewable energy and storage solutions, and scheduling appointments to grow the Sunrun customer base. Your success will depend on your ability to build excitement for the products and exceed personal and team goals.
About You
Required:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills and excellent technology skills.
Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within a 15-30 mile radius.
Preferred:
Experience in sales or customer service roles.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
