- Proven success in scaling implementation teams and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions globally.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG, or EHS domains.
- Experience with project portfolio management and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
