Orb is seeking a Software Engineer, Pricing Lifecycle to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves building the technical foundations of a critical product focused on reliable and accurate billing infrastructure.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Orb, you will design and maintain core pricing lifecycle primitives, evolve the product data model, scale real-time ingestion and query systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape strategy and deliver value. You will work closely with customers to understand their pain points and incorporate insights into the product roadmap.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Enthusiastic about working on a broad range of technical challenges across the stack.
- Attention to detail in designing a product with deep user empathy.
Preferred:
- Excited to engage with customers directly to shape the Orb product.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
