About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 8+ years experience with a PhD.
- Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps.
- Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts.
- Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems.
- Experience communicating and working across functions.
- Experience mentoring/influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, or Java, and scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, or Hack.
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews and proper testing.
- 8+ years relevant experience building large-scale infrastructure applications.
