About You
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical capacity.
- Experience working with life-threatening conditions and chronic diseases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- One year work experience in hospice and/or palliative care.
- Experience in the use of electronic medical records.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
