- Maryland Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree from an accredited university.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of EARN, TANF, or similar services.
- Multilingual or bilingual.
- Training in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and de-escalation techniques.
