- Master's degree in social work from an accredited school.
- State licensure or certification to independently practice social work at the master's degree level.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in an outpatient setting working with a variety of mental health disorders and substance use.
- Experience working with Veterans and/or active duty military.
