About the Role

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with the brand's vision. Your tasks will include managing social media accounts, creating content, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams. You will also manage influencer campaigns, respond to customer inquiries, and stay updated on social media trends.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in media/social media or journalistic industry.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with CapCut or other video editing applications.
Experience using social media scheduling tools like Later or Planoly.
Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.

Preferred:

Passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry.
Experience managing and growing brands on social media.
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
