About the Role
As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, building engagement, and driving leads through targeted email marketing, social media management, and content creation. You will collaborate with influencers, oversee webinars/podcasts, and track performance to optimize results. Key responsibilities include executing targeted campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing organic content calendars, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring all content is optimized for SEO.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years in social media management, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, automation, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Figma for digital and social asset creation.
- Ability to edit videos in-house using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships.
