About the Role
As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with school administration, teachers, parents, and community organizations to deliver tailored support for at-risk students. Your duties will include conducting needs assessments, developing individualized service plans, maintaining documentation, and organizing school events. You will also supervise volunteer mentors and coordinate services to improve student performance, behavior, and attendance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, sociology, or a related field for elementary campuses.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, sociology, or a related field for secondary campuses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and availability of a vehicle for job use.
- Ability to pass a background/fingerprinting check with no criminal or child abuse/neglect history.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking.
- Experience working in the social services field.
