About the Role
As a SIGINT Curriculum Developer, you will assist with training development functions and analyze Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. You will collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues to build critical training materials for advanced learners. Your responsibilities will include executing training strategies, fostering a team environment of learning, and producing sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience afloat as a Cryptologic Technician (Collection) (CTR)
- 1+ years of experience as a curriculum developer
- Experience creating performance-based technical training including practical applications and assessments
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop and manage training content
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents for task-based curriculum development
- Knowledge of learning tools and methods for evaluating training effectiveness
- Ability to select appropriate teaching methods for course audiences
- Ability to communicate effectively with civilian and military personnel
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
