About the Role
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and managing mechanics and yard workers, scheduling maintenance for heavy equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting various systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also handle documentation and assist with general service and maintenance record keeping.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license.
- Own a general mechanic's tool set capable of supporting a heavy equipment fleet.
Preferred:
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 LBs.
- Ability to operate large, heavy machinery.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
