Summary
RI International is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team at the Franklin County Crisis Care Center. The role involves monitoring the administrative needs of an assigned shift and providing leadership and support to staff.
About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for team leadership, guest care and advocacy, compliance and risk management, and additional duties as assigned. You will lead staff, guide discharge planning, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain clinical documentation.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
Preferred:
- Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- Ability to complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
- Effective communication skills.
