Children's Rescue Fund is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Central Park West) to manage and supervise Safety Monitors on duty, ensuring safety and civility among clients, visitors, and staff.
About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the Safety Monitors, conduct fire drills, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will also interact with HERO for unit updates, assist in client intake, and train Safety Monitors in security measures. Administrative duties include auditing logs, preparing employee evaluations, and managing incident reports.
About You
Required:
Must possess Security license.
Must possess an F80.
Must possess current CPR certification.
NYS Driver's license required.
Two (2) years of Supervisory experience in commercial/residential security or law enforcement, or Five (5) years' experience as a Private/Personal Security Officer.
Good communication skills and experience working with women and children.
Exhibit superior professionalism at all times.
Preferred:
Experience in managing safety protocols in a shelter environment.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
