Zoox is seeking a Shift Lead, Mission Readiness (2nd Shift) to oversee the readiness of vehicle assets, including L3 and robotaxi platforms, at their geosite office during the scheduled shift in Las Vegas, NV.

The Shift Lead will coach and mentor contract staff, ensure vehicle readiness and timely deployment, track and resolve delays, support logistics for vehicle and equipment movement, participate in recruiting and onboarding, manage contract employee schedules, assist with data analysis and documentation related to vehicle readiness, enforce health and safety policies in the workshop, maintain spare parts inventory readiness, and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues or opportunities.
