About the Role
As a ServiceNow IRM Implementation Manager, you will support pre-sales activities, advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow for their IRM programs, lead project implementations, oversee architectural design, facilitate project meetings, provide guidance to developers, ensure quality assurance of deliverables, and design end-user training.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years' experience in a professional environment.
- 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on IRM.
- ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience.
- Knowledge and experience running an IRM/GRC program on ServiceNow.
- Experience managing & delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
Preferred:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
