About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing work specified on repair orders, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing issues, and communicating with Service Advisors about recommended additional work. You will also complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and maintain automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
- Ford Certification.
- B-level Qualifications, Including Diagnostics, Electrical, And Engine Repair.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
