Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Service Sales Representative - Fire and Safety to join their team in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves selling fire protection products and services while developing and maintaining customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales by identifying prospective customers, following up on sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your duties will include demonstrating product functions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing sales forecasts. You will also be expected to maintain detailed reports of sales activities and perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of Fire Protection related experience.
- Experience in Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access control and/or Extinguisher and Hoods.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- College Degree is preferred; however, a High School diploma or equivalent is acceptable with acceptable experience.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
