About the Role
As a Service Order Manager, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and administer corrective maintenance of HVAC Boiler Chiller systems. Your responsibilities will include managing repair activities, analyzing facility data, coordinating with vendors, performing facility assessments, preparing reports, and leading maintenance teams. You will also ensure adherence to quality standards and project schedules while potentially serving as an alternate SSHO.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA in engineering or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in managing corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
- 10 years’ experience in resource planning and management in lieu of the degree.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Leadership/team facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of facility systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong project management skills.
- Supervisory experience.
