About the Role
As a Service Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for employee support, responsible for resolving support tickets, managing hardware for onboarding and off-boarding, and contributing to the knowledge base. You will also administer core IT systems and help implement frameworks to scale operations securely and efficiently.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT service desk or IT support role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency with a cloud-forward and SaaS-heavy IT approach.
- Hands-on experience administering identity providers and core SaaS applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Okta Certified Professional.
- Familiarity with mobile device management systems.
- Experience managing office network hardware.
- Unifi certification.
